Tonight for dinner I made lemon chicken picatta in my Ninja cooker. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, salt and pepper, sauté till browned on both sides in olive oil and butter. Take them out and put them on the roasting rack. Pour white wine, chicken stock, lemon juice, and capers into the browned bit in the pan. Put in a cup of uncooked ditalini pasta (the little ones for soup). Put the roasting rack on top of the pasta and sauce. Chop some asparagus and place on top of the chicken. Switch it over to oven mode on 300 to finish cooking for 15 min. The whole thing was under 30 minutes, start to finish, and it came out really good!
