Tonight has made me realize many things. All the talks, all the laughs and all the tears. Ive realized that my mama has been there for me whenever no one else has been. Shes been my mother and my father. Shes been my back bone, my shoulder to lean on, my giggle box whenever I cant stop laughing. Shes my whole world. Shes the only parent of mine that raised me. All by herself, she raised my brother and I. She taught the two of us how to walk, how to talk, how to read, and got us through our teenage years. Probably the worst time of her life, but yet, she stood strong and never once left the two of us. Neither one of us ever had our biological father growing up, but I can honestly say, he taught Josh and I one of the best lessons he could have ever taught us. And thats what we should never be. We had our step dad, and he was more than a father to the two of us, he took us in and loved and cared for us whenever no other man would, and that speaks volumes to the both of us. We are truly blessed to have the strong women we do have and the man we have in our lives. Needless to say, I love my parents more than words could ever describe, thank yall for everything yall have ever done.
