Tonight, he came through. Crystal asked me to find my wedding cake cutter, in hopes that maybe she could use it for her wedding. My son found the box marked Fragile wedding cake topper. I opened the box, found our engraved champagne glasses, the cake topper with a blonde haired man, n a dark haired woman & the Cake cutter. Also at the bottom of the box was a square plastic container. In it was a VHS tape marked in Gregs writing, Do not tape over.. I couldnt believe my eyes. We thought this was lost forever. I cried. I havent seen this in more than 20yrs. My son set up the VCR and it was just like yesterday. We dont have any videos of our family. This was the most important day of our lives. Our children were 6 & 4. I cried out loud and remember that Friday the 13th so fondly in my heart. Thank you Greg for protecting our most important loving memory and keeping it safe. I cant help but feel that he wanted me to find this one week b4 our daughters wedding. I know in my heart you will be next to her, walking with her, as she walks down that aisle to marry the love of her life. I miss you, i love you, and I wish you were here.
