Tonight is the Des Moines Business Records Forty Under 40 event, recognizing 40 local business leaders under the age of 40 have demonstrated impressive career achievements and unparalleled community involvement. For me this provides some validation for the journey Ive been on, that at different times in the past I have questioned. Its especially meaningful now because I feel like all the dots are connecting and Im excited and passionate about everything Im involved in. Its people with different backgrounds, personal lives, professions, and passions, but an underlying theme is a willingness to get involved, take action, and make an impact in areas they are passionate about.
