Tonight is the last night Pancrase MMA will be holding an event in the ring with the Pride style rules. They are changing to a cage and adopting the western unified rules. This is a pretty significant event for diehard MMA fans. Pancrase is one of the longest running organizations in the world and one of the most prestigious events out of Japan. That ring has been home to champions like Josh Barnett, Yuki Kondo, Bas Rutten, Frank Shamrock, Semmy Schilt, Ricardo Almeida among many others. Its sort of an end of an era. Im really glad I got to fight in that ring before the change. Definitely a highlight moment in my career.
