Tonight, it hit me. Government is so simple and I finally understand!! When sections do not comply within the Department of Compliance we need a committee to check the department to make sure the Department of Compliance is in compliance and if they are found to be out of compliance then we need an investigative team in the fraud department of the compliance department of the Department of Compliance to check and see if anyone is out of compliance and read the code that the Code of Compliance Board has written for the Department of Compliance to comply with in order that the people will be in compliance at all times and if the people are found to be out of compliance we need a revenue department inside the enforcement division within the Department of Compliance to collect the fines that stem from non compliance with the rules and regulations heretofore set forth by the Department and if the revenue department is out of compliance it will be referred to the investigative compliance team to be investigated for any fraudulent non-compliance and all of this will be done in conjunction with the Liaison of Compliance. If the Liaison of Compliance encounters any non compliance the Liaison of Compliance will refer the non compliant to the compliance mediator and the compliance mediator will attempt to have full compliance from the myriad departments and agencies of compliance in order that they can hold the people to a justified standard of 97.2% compliance with 27.2 million laws , rules, and regulations that the people must comply with or the people will be referred by the Department of Compliance to the Ministry of Compliance wherein the Ministry of Compliance will begin a full investigation.
