Tonight it will be the starting of the clean out the fridge before vacation. I do have a rack of lamb so will have roasted asparagus, sauté brussel sprouts, mixed veggie salad and some kind of starch (baker, cuscus, rice??). Also have put together a bag of fresh veggies, fruit and other goodies for granddaughter, Alixis to pick up on her way home this afternoon. Yesterday was the usual fried chicken, tater salad, beans, and a ton of other food shared by others for an annual picnic of about 100 at the Bay Center park. A good turn out. Missed some of those not there, but enjoyed visiting with those that were. All my kids and most of the grandkids made it.
