Tonight ive kicked off my swimmychallengeything. Over the next 12 weeks (aside of the 10 days im away so actually its 10 weeks for me) Ill be swimming 22 miles (English Channel distance) in the pool at Benton. All money raised will go to Aspire which provides help to people who suffer spinal injuries. Sadly this affects so many people and could happen to anyone. Up until about 5 years ago I used to swim 4 times a week (a mile each time) religiously... then I started commuting again and well the rest is history (and sadly so is my figure)! So you see... I need a challenge to get my middle aged spreadulous backside to the pool again a couple of times a week. Please do sponsor me by clicking on the link and help two causes!
