Kells Irish Lager undergoes one week of primary and 5 weeks of secondary fermentation and weighs in at 11.5 degrees plato with 28 International Bittering Units. Saugatuck Maggies Irish Ale A social session Irish Ale with a deep red/brown color and tan head. A caramel-like malt character with roasty and fruity notes. Church Street Crimson Clover Red Irish Ale Church Street is proud to present our first seasonal brew for the early months of spring. This classic European brew uses 100% UK hops and malt, featuring Crystal and Vienna malts. Notes of caramel, toffee, and buttered toast provide for a smooth and complex flavor profile-topped with a creamy head.
