Tonight my heart hurts. It has been 90 days and the pain has not lessened as much as I wish it had. Sometime this month we will meet in court. hopefully I can force her advocates to be blocked from entering the courtroom, so that we can have honest conversation without their interference. They have no business being involved in the marriage or dissolution of marriage. they should never be allowed to interfere in the marriage regardless of the situation. When we had the OFP hearing, they were telling her what to say and chattering in both Chinese and English when she was asked questions. the Judge became angry at several times. It was ludicrous. Dissolution of a marriage, or reconciliation of a marriage should be between the couple and the mediator and the two attorneys. Advocates have no business being in the courtroom, they are not the ones legally, financially and emotionally involved. NO ONE else should have any say. Except the Judge. Our family court system with the interference of advocates and shelters is completely ridiculous at times. I have heard some very disturbing stories from others.
