Tonight on the BVR...after sampling more beer than I care to mention at the Craft Beer Festival at Callaway Gardens...finding several that were tasty and several more that were tossed immediately...Dr. Elina & I headed to dinner after some rest. We started with Mozzarella Stuffed Mushrooms with Parmesan that were surprisingly delicious. Instead of a salad, I had the shrimp & lobster chowder.I had the prime rib with AU jus and horseradish with baked potato with bacon bits & butter. Of course, the wheat bread was out of this world. Also had some ice tea. Great meal...
