Tonight simply showed why Marine.Fit is more than just a training session... it’s a family... it’s a community of like minded people with similar goals and targets, that share the same levels of desire and dedication to make themselves better, and to do so whilst having fun, being courteous, and respecting each other at all times! The troop tonight recognised one of their own in a truly special way... one of the Marine.Fit greats, Mick Halkyard turned 50 in style with the help of the troop... face masks, pictures up round the gym, balloons, birthday burpees, cake and beers... definitely not your average ending to a session but one we will never forget! :) Awesome ‘Mighty Micky’ set of circuits complete... fantastic celebrations... well done to everyone involved at the Full Contact Performance Centre!!
