Tonight was magikal with Jenny Love. I tell you that her presence was completely that of Spirituality. She looked radiant up on that stage. She is an ALL AROUND VOCALIST. And folks, I say VOCALIST, because this is exactly what she is. To begin with, she opened up with a Gospel tune. She then proceeded to have her second tune a Gospel one still. She made me have tears come through my eyes. Then, she sang all kinds of genres of muzik, from Jazz Standard to Cuban, to Blues, to R&B, to Pop. Yet, all had that flare of Soul to it. By request, she was to Vocalize La Lupe, Que Te Pedí, a Cuban Feeling song. Now, you all need to know this, that to be able to Vocalize La Lupe, one needs not only to have some good pairs of lungs, but back it up with dramatic push. Ahhhh... And Jenny did it. A standing ovation WELL DESERVED. Her musicians were of HIGH QUALITY STANDARD, such as the ones that I honorably was able t capture with my phone camera that was not able to capture anymore, because of my damn storage space. Edwin Bonilla, Ranses Colon , & I am so embarrassed to not remember the guitarist name who was excellent. I have known Jenny for a while, now. I could say that in a period of one year, I have seen her grow as a flower that is little by little blossoming. The Spirit realm is one to be thankful for that growth. I dare to make the following statement. Jenny needs to get the heck out of this city. This city is filled with QUALITY musicians & Vocalists, & Jenny is one of them. This city also pulls down the gifted, talented individuals. Jenny does not deserve to be in such a place as this. She deserves to be traveling, touring, Vocalizing for thousandth of people who would appreciate her muzikal Spirit. And with this much said, I know that the time will come when she will get to that space where she belongs. I pray that the Creator continues to guide her & protect her, & open up those doors of success for her. I know that her lovely father is proud of her. By the way, she has a beautiful father who has been her mentor throughout her career. Jenny, thank you for the invitation, as well as, remain in the continuation of the Creators blessedness. Pssssst... You kicked that tune that Gloria Estefan popularized. Yet, YOU have the Vocals that for a day of luxury she only would desire to have. Ha!
