Tonight we are on the eve of the 100th Anniversary of the Great War. The assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand in Serbia occurred on June 28, 1914. Exactly a month later, war was declared and WWI began. Thankfully, this writer from the New York Times gets it. We are still living with the consequences of World War I even today. WWII, Europe, Middle East - all stems from post-WWI politics and policies.
