Tonight we continue with Part 2 of our series Family Matters. The focus of this message is on the husband and his role in the marriage and family. Maybe youre not married. But there are still lessons to be learned from the role of a husband. Perhaps you are preparing yourself for marriage. Maybe youre already married. In any case, this message is for all men. The Bible lays out some lofty, important responsibilities for husbands. The role of a husband in relation to his wife is comparable to Christs role in relation to the church. That sounds amazing and unachievable, but the Bible shows us how we can fulfill that role. So how is it that we become, and more importantly remain, a Godly husband? What is it that a husband must do to fulfill that role that God has set aside for us? Its not an easy task, but difficult tasks result in great rewards.
