Tonight, we have steak. We also have fish.... and lamb... and pasta... and chicken... you get the point, we have a little of everything and a lot of steak. All fresh ingredients will tease your palate of the flavors theyve been missing for a lifetime. There is only one freezer on premise, which is used for our custom ice cream. Having an in at Ice Cream 101 helps with the pastry side of the menu. Perfectly calculated recipes adds a much required homemade inspiration as opposed to large factory produced desserts. Step to the bar where you are immediately smacked in the face by the aroma of fresh thyme, salted honey syrup, medjool dates, among plenty of others. Our resident mixologist will craft a house cocktail, a Muhammad Ali-esque rope a dope on a classic or bespoke a bit to cater to your fancy. In the kitchen you will find our own garden where we grow all our ingredients (including the steak). This helps keep costs at a minimum.
