Tonight we laid out pretty girl to rest. I fell in love with Sierra the first time I laid eyes on her over 14 years ago. She was full of unique quirks..like constantly running away, hiding food under pillows, eating door frames..and 2 Thanksgiving pies, and sleeping in the bathtub. She knew exactly where food was in every environment, new and old. She always comforted me when I was sad or sick and she laid at our feet until it was time to sleep. She offered more love than most humans will ever know. Sierra is now free to wear her collar proudly in heaven and chase big fat bumble bees as they zip by her big brain. I will be forever grateful for her continuous love for so many years and her living kisses before her last breath. I look forward to seeing you on our puffy cloud on the other side, my pretty dame.
