Tonight, while youre celebrating with friends and family, spare a thought for those on the front-line. I dont just mean the military who are in dangerous places away from their loved ones, I mean anyone out there who is putting others before themselves. Tonight will be especially busy and risky for Ambulance, A&E, Police, Security, bar staff and many others who will encounter violence and abuse at the hands of the intoxicated. Stay safe out there everyone, be nice to each other and try to have fun without it being at someone elses expense. x
