Tonight will be my last show with Channel 12 and this page will soon be shut down. 358 people like my page. That pales in comparison to other media in this market. So let me say to the 358 of you, I am not a beautiful woman or a local that went to high school in Nederland or anywhere else for that matter. Im just an average looking guy who came to Beaumont from another part of the state. I came to report the stories that werent being given any attention, investigate when I could, and share some good memories during feature reports. To you 358, I THANK YOU for following me because of the job I have done and for no reason other than that. I won you with my reporting and every time I posted to this page I knew I was getting information out to some awesome people. I know not everyone in SETX has a social media page but I want to thank everyone in this area for the memories. The best thing about the area is the people. Second best is the food :) Over the past two and a half years Channel 12 has excelled in so many areas and I hope you all stay loyal to this amazing team. A lot of people have turned to 12News and now, go tell your friends to do the same. There will be a new reporter but he will be mentored by the best. 12News is the only station you can trust, the only station you can count on, and the only station that is truly here for you.
