(or £4 per single class) 7.30pm - 9pm Muay Thai - £5 Tonight kick starts our Muay Thai classes. Frankie McConville will be taking the class, possibly the most experienced thai boxing coach in Ireland. Whether it be, to improve fitness, learn some self defence, or to learn as much about muay thai as you can, then come along and join in. We do have boxing gloves here at the gym for people who need a pair, though we do encourage you to get your own (hygiene reasons).
