*Tonights Dinner Specials* Appetizers PEI Mussels- A pound of mussels steamed in white wine with Sambuca and basil butter. 10 Fried Crawfish and Oyster Salad- Lightly fried crawfish tails and oysters on sliced heirloom tomatoes with roasted corn relish, baby greens, scallions, and honey-Creole mustard dressing. 11 Entrees 10oz Flatiron Steak- Served over Hoppin’ John (black eyed peas with rice and homemade bacon). Topped with sautéed peppers and onions and drizzled with garlic chili sauce. 19 Pan Roasted Wahoo Fish- Wahoo is a very moist, dense fish- like swordfish, but better. Served over Hoppin’ John with a sauté of asparagus, baby spinach, grape tomatoes, zucchini, carrots, and red onions. Drizzled with roasted red pepper-heirloom tomato coulis and topped with marinated red pepper salad. 21 Please see the Corks menu for additional items. Desserts Vanilla Bean Cheesecake- 6 Fried Bananas Foster Cheesecake- With vanilla bean ice cream. 6 Hampton Cake- Chocolate mousse layered with chocolate cake.
