Tonights Tearful Tuesday Class was the last of 2014. As we go skipping into 2015. Huge Shout out to all you boys and girls who made it, THANK YOU ( check out video ) and can I ask you to please SHARE this Post with all your friends, letting them see and know that YOU came YOU saw YOU conquered I myself was looking round the class tonight, watching all of you throwing fast, tight 5 and 6 punch combinations, sweat pouring, heart thumping with smiles on faces, no difference between the 20yr old Girls to the 40+ Woman nor the 17yr old boys from the nearly 50yrs men........... All fit and moving , punching, looking like boxers, and skill fill boxers at that......................... I never stand still and give myself credit. Im always moving on to the next thing, but for one brief moment tonight I felt a little feeling of..........em! I dont know, just proud to see normal people, non-boxers looking so god damn Good !!
