Tonights Whole30 meal: Lime and Coconut Chili Chicken Wings! I am beyond excited~cooking them now. I am making a wing sauce out of Franks Hot Sauce, Lime juice, and Chili Garlic Sauce. I coated them with salt and coconut flour, sprayed them with coconut oil and baked them at 450 for 30 minutes, then turning it down to 400 for 25 more minutes. I will garnish with a sprinkle of lime juice, parsley and cilantro and dip them in my sauce! I will let you know how they turn out :) Serving them with cauliflower rice and olives.
