Tonights dinner... Slowcooked honey barbecue pork spare ribs. This would have to be the easiest, tastiest dish I have prepared in my sc yet. The meat was falling apart... And the flavour was AMAZING! *RECIPE* 1.5-2kg pork spare ribs 1 cup bbq sauce Minced garlic 1/2 cup honey Mix wet ingredients together and cover meat. Cook on low for 3.5-4 hours. Finish off in moderate oven for 30 minutes or until golden. Baste with left over juices as you go.
