Tonights dinner is a special 4 course meal they give us on our last night in Seiffen. Tonight we started with house smoked salmon, a lentil salad on a bed of seaweed. Yummy!. Next course was a beef consomme with sliced crepe roll in the soup. Main course was filet mignon on a coffee-chile sauce , broiled tomatoes topped with marinated and grilled prawns and an enormous bakes potato with garlic sour cream. For dessert is the Toy makers dessert. This time was a plate with plum cake, fantastic vanilla ice cream, a cookie schwibbogen (made with a lemon shortbread base, anisette wafer arch and a marzipan angel with anisette wafer wings. Plus fresh fruit. Great dinner! Now its time to pack and be ready for our drive to Thuringer Forest and visits with many more vendors and friends.
