Tonights functional training at 5.00 at the citadel 9min of-9x 20 meter runs, 9x kb swings 9x press-ups. 8mins of - 8x goblet squat, 8x cleans, 8 x double unders. 7 mins of- 7 x weighted lunges. 7 x push press, 7x ab roll outs 6 min of- 6x burpees, 6 x bent over row. 5 min of - 5x weighted runs. 5 x thrusters. 4 mins of- max plank then finish the rest with double unders 3mins of- max burpees 2mins of- max sit-ups 1min of - max press-ups Complete as many rounds as you can within the time, with a 1 minute rest in-between rounds :-)
