Tonights memorial for Jon Gregoire was amazing. Ive never sang that song beautiful by Phil wickham more boldly.... When we arrive at eternitys shore, when death is just a memory and tears are no more...well enter in as the wedding bells ring, your bride will come together and well sing, Youre beautiful. Jons life will always be an encouragement and motivator for me to live for Gods kingdom since that is what we were created for. I dont want to just go to church and be a good person. No. But I want to understand the weight and beauty of the Gospel of Jesus Christ every day I am on this earth. I want it to transform every thought and action. People need to know Jesus- I want that to be my lifes cry. To make Him known. Ahh the pursuit of living a Jesus glorifying and gospel centered life is why we are here! I dont want to meet God face to face and wish I would have lived more boldly here on earth, proclaiming the goodness and grace of Jesus Christ and the new life He brings. I want to stand before Him and say, I gave it all I had, everything was about You and for You! And in return here Him say, well done good and faithful servant.
