Tonights recipe Zucchini Taco Ingredients 4 medium (32 ounces) zucchinis, cut in half lengthwise 1/2 cup mild salsa 1 lb 93% lean ground turkey 1 garlic clove 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp kosher salt or Himalayan Slat 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 small onion, minced 2 tbsp bell pepper, minced 4 oz can tomato sauce 1/2 cup reduced fat Mexican blend shredded cheese Direction Use a small spoon to crave out the center of the zucchini. In a medium skillet cook pepper, onions, garlic for 3 minutes then add ground turkey and pour the 1tsp of Worcestershire sauce and salt. One cooked add the tomato sauce and mild sauce let simmer for 5 minutes. Now pour some of the ground turkey onto the zucchini then add the cheese. Cook for 30 minutes. Enjoy :)
