Tonnes of bottle brush out at the moment in my area all looking very healthy so I thought id experiment with the nectar. Got a few delicious morsels off a few flowers, tasted like a cross between sweet sticky vanilla with a very mild eucalyptus taste, found some lovely lerp on one of them too, was surprised how damn tasty it was. Wondering if anyone knows any more details on how to prepare sweet drinks from them? quantities, method, etc? or any other uses..would be greatly appreciated :)
