Tony Heller, an expert in such matters of software security says It defies belief. His comment was made as it relates to the problem being described as a calibration error regarding votes flipping From Republican to Democrat with the Maryland election ballot booths. Where is our Attorney General Doug Gansler? He must act by issuing a search warrant and impounding and freezing these specific voting booths that have the problems. The Sheriffs offices must maintain secure control at all times. It is time for an investigation as this is the only way to determine the scope of the problem. And at least one expert calibration issuesis saying a phony explanation and excuse. He said this problem isnt plausible. He says it is a software issue, possibly a code issue built in. And all Marylanders and everywhere else its happening should be up in arms. The public trust is critical to the function of Government. Without honest elections and integrity of the ballot thus the election process we do not have the rule of law nor representative government. That is why it is critical for attorneys general to be above politics, and to show that they must act with all diligence by swiftly taking control, not for any party, democrat or Republican, but to secure the basic constitutional rights under which we are governed. So, I am calling for Our Current Attorney General to immediately seize these machines so that a full investigation can commence immediately on the validity of the claims and of the vote we are currently conducting. The integrity of the vote is all a democracy has to prevent the destruction of liberty!
