Too Whom It May Concern This is to satisfy that rebels led by Dr.Riak Machar fighting against democratic elected government and legitimate government voted by south Sudanese, are still having asset herein South Sudan. Therefore all their assets suppose to be terminating-axing by the concern authority. The concern authority supposed to terminate contracts, for those still renting their houses, shops and running their businesses in the Republic of south Sudan. Failure to do so may strengthen-intensify them monetarily or economically. The government in my view supposes to take a courageous or audacious decision to fight rebels in economical war too. In my view rebel are now funding himself or herself with this resource they are gaining from their businesses within Juba. Therefore their assets suppose to be frozen by our government. Otherwise this is not real fighting if our government fails to address such issues. Suspending any assets of the rebels may automatically weaken them. Anyhow there are many ways for fighting your enemies. Take it or leave it…
