Too excited to sleep after a Big Day! Two poems published during two different Poetry Festivals, Exeter and Swindon. My poem Nightjar was commended by David Morley and Cristina Newton in the Battered Moons Poetry Competition, announced at Swindon Poetry Festival. But sadly I had to make a decision so wasnt there in person for that party but I sent a twilit video of the poem (see on if it works!) AND at Exeter Poetry Festival yesterday was the launch of the Ex Libris pamphlet Voices and Memory, containing all the winning poems based on memories of World War One.
