Too long bt nt Worthless I wanna share an incident happened with me, on Monday as usual m coming to home by bus. A 15-16 years old girl came and stood jst in front of me. Bcz she was without ticket, conductor told me to tell her to take ticket. So i told her to take ticket. *Madam piche ja k ticket le lo* She gave me a long stare and took ticket. Bcz she was in front of me, I casually looked at her *around 3-4 times in 20 minutes journey* After some time she told me in little angrily voice “Kabhi lAdki nahi dekhi kya” Me: “Excuse me” O.o She: “Kya excuse me ye hi krte ho kya bus me, ye hi sikhate hai kya ghrwale” :/ Me:*who just got a 220 Volt shock* “Mai tum se kam se kam 4-5 saal bda hu, tmko aisa kuch bolte hue sharm nahi aayi, aur kab ghoora maine tumhe?” She: “3-4 baar, aur age ki baat mat kro sirf 2-3 saal ka hi difference hoga” Me: “sirf 2-3 saal? Didi agr mera baal vivaah ho gya hota na to meri daughter tmse 2-3 saal hi chhoti hoti, still tmko lga ki mai tum ko ghoor rha tha then Sorry” -_- She: *murmuring to herself* “badtameez” She got offended and alighted from bus on next bus stop. It left me gasping like a fish out of water. I got home. At night I was thinking the incident and wondering what made her to think that I was leering at her. She was too small to me so there is no question to stare at her then “WHY” May be because I told her to take ticket? No absolutely not. I talked about it with some of my female frnds also, their answers are approximately same “Yar isme teri koi galti nahi h bt agr koi ladka kisi ladki ko dekhega to usko to ye hi lagega na ki wo usko ghoor raha hoga.” Surprisingly when a guy look at a girl, why she thinks that he is leering at her? And why this does not happen when a girl looks at a guy? Why he does not think that she is leering at him? What the reason could be? After sometime I got my answer. Maybe that girl would have been teased many times by some jerks. She’d heard it about guys. “AND PEOPLE ALSO SAY ALL MEN ARE SAME” or whatever the reason is But the point is, was it my fault? No. Was it her fault? Absolutely not. A girl is forced to think so. By some jerks, by society, by her family members. We all are liable for this and we have to do something to correct it. I want to do something to stop it. But the problem is I don’t know what to do. Nw all I need, is your help, suggestions nd participation. #FromPersonalDiary -Krishna
