Too many believe that meditating requires you to sit still and hum mantras. Yes, that is primarily how its done. However, MOVEMENT is also a tremendous form of meditation. Heres one for you: 1 - Plant your feet firmly on the ground, about a foot apart. Do not move them at any time. At all. So make sure your stance is comfortable. 2 - Close your eyes or put on a blindfold. 3 - Breathe deeply until you are completely relaxed. 4 - When you hear the music, just move.
