Too many people today because of being brainwashed by liberalism want unity and to end the conflict in politics. They want the bickering to end and for us all to just get along. They are clueless about both human nature and history. Was there no conflict in ideas in America before 1776 ? How about during the Revolutionary war ? How about when the constitution was being debated Or of course the civil war Or World War 1 And certainly WW2 Or the 1960s| And certainly the cold war And when Clinton or Bush was president And now .. When was this utopian kumbayah moment ? Only totally despotic nations have a fake facade of unity. A truly free society will always have dissenting views and America has always had vigorous debate and will. What we need is MORE political debate and wars not LESS.
