Too many people want too many things from their training and nutritional goals. I often hear that somebody wishes to get strong, gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously. This may be achievable for a training newbie but for a seasoned gym goer it is wise to block a 4-12 week period to focus on just one area and then move onto the next. Don`t use a scatter gun approach. There is a reason why bodybuilders, athletes, physique models etc.... have specific cycles! Ironically this will lead to better results in all domains!
