Too many times in recent history has the US government turned its back on its veterans. Men and women who have sacrificed so much either in body or in spirit have returned home with no hope of a successful future. Often, these forms of legislation are struck down by Democrats and Republicans alike due to a pure lack of monetary means. Unfortunately, they are right, but reforms need to take place to help our vets.
