Took a chance in flying American after many years. Never again. Gate agent at IAD made me check my carry on bag that will clearly fit (no maybe about it at all, very small bag. must have been an ulterior motive since everyone behind me had to check except the dude with the giant duffle bag). And many others are already on board and BIGGER. The plane is a total ice box then a furnace and back and forth, been in air with laptop on for well over 30 minutes and no beverage cart preperation in sight (smooth air btw, no turbulence to keep them in their seats) just chatting at the back, the 5 hour flight has no entertainment unless I PAY FOR IT TO STREAM and the WIFI is more than my monthly cell phone bill. Tell me why the skies are no longer friendly? Nothing but a (really expensive) hassle. The free rudeness was awesome too. Hope my bag makes it. Probably wont though as punishment. #NEVERFLYINGAMERICANAGAIN
