Took a jog (literally) down memory lane this morning. Past where I went to kindergarten (now for sale), the alley my sister and I ventured down at about ages 5 & 6 when we ran away from home (didnt even make it to the end of the alley because we missed our pets), the church that sponsored Vacation Bible School (needed some type of summer activity), the streets where I went door-to-door selling Girl Scout cookies (in the snow and ice of freezing February), a fishing spot along the Delaware River (note the No Trespassing sign), the township girls softball field (my first team sport), the high school hockey field (not to be confused with a groomed playing surface - it was a field in the true sense of the word), and Roccos (not only the best pizza, but THE place in town to hang out during my teenage years. What a great town to grow up in. Glad to be home for a little bit.
