Took a somersault with the bike last night. Full over - tangled up completely - landing with face approx 1 cm from the curb - but no injuries!!! Truly an acrobatic delight for the four people who witnessed it, I am sure. ;) This afternoon my body is feeling achy like Im 250 years old, but not a scratch in sight - and bike alignment is fixed, so Ive been happily riding as usual. So grateful for my health and agility - and be it physics or divine intervention that prevented a worse outcome... either way - so aware of the fact that I was in that place of complete mindfulness and able to just flow with what was happening. Im sure it saved me - and it is amazing!!! Bliss!
