Took all my bandages off last night and checked my cuts. So far so - TopicsExpress

Took all my bandages off last night and checked my cuts. So far so good. Dr. Dyas and his staff did a jam up job. Im not losing any of my filling. These cuts are gonna leave some pretty wicked scars tho, so i hope Grey Lone is a chick who digs scars... Im chaffing under the restrictions put on me, I want to be released to start working out, but as far as I can tell I still have at least a week or two more before they will let me start doing light duty exercise, Ill find out more tomorrow about what my REAL limitations need to be and how soon i can get rid of them. I can do a situp without pain and twists dont hurt or tug anymore. I know Im still 5-6 weeks out from full combat fighting, but that doesnt mean i cant start rehabing my muscles before then and working pell. Just walking around, I know that i have my strength, but my stamina is completely shot, but thats because of the low calorie intake Im doing right now. Its hard to get decent calories in ya when everything is liquid and sugar free. This is not me complaining, I fully understand this is part of the process, and was made fully aware before of what to expect, Im just being impatient. So far my biggest hurdle has been preparing for my day every morning. Yesterday was my first day back at work, and I got home with my blood sugar at 85 (lower than i would like by a LOT) due to the fact i went to work unprepared and didnt take in enough nutrients to function properly. I remedied that today by bringing backup stuff and leaving it here at work. current weight, 286. itll start dropping faster after i can start working out.
