Took my cast iron griddle for a spin and let some green and red bell peppers, sweet onions, cherry tomatoes and turkey sausage grill for an hour. Then chopped it all up and added out to an olive and garlic putanesca sauce and let that sautee for a bit. Served it up with some garlic bread and a spinach, raspberry cherry salad with a dressing made of lemon syrup, apple cider vinegar and olive oil. So delicious. :( I swear by grilling veggies to get them smokey and charred for soups and sauces and well, anything really. So damn good.
