Took the dogs for a walk. Tullah gets attacked by a Dalmatian. I cant get to her. Im screaming at the owner to come and get his dog. Tullah is squealing. I am still shouting. Owner is strolling along the field, blowing a whistle. Dalmatian isnt listening. Manage to pick Tullah up. So the Dalmatian jumps up at me. Owner is still in no hurry. So Im still shouting at the owner. The owner gets close enough and tells me shes only a puppy and shes playing. To which my reply was I dont care what she bloody is. She bit my dog twice. Put it on a lead if you cant control the thing. Poor Tullah is traumatised!! Moral of the story, if Im screaming at you to come and get your bloody dog, dont stroll along!
