Though it discussed Purdues lack of competition in the Big Ten conference, it still stirred enough controversy, and were sure the debate will resurface just by reposting this article. But its to the point where even our friends at Boiled Sports have similar opinions, focusing the attention towards Purdue President, Mitch Daniels (tiny.cc/BurkeIOweYouAnApology). Immediately following the article, T-Mill posted his solutions to help Purdue improve (hammerandrails/2014/9/29/6870131/purdue-and-the-big-ten-solutions), which of course didnt come close in popularity. As Purdue Football limped out of 2014 and the Basketball team struggled towards the end of non-con play, it looks like the top 2 sports at Purdue (in terms of revenue) will once again be in the cellar of the Big Ten.
