The Nuge was between his Amboy Dukes years and his massive hits of the 70s. Styx was some garage band nobody knew about. I wore bright purple elephant bell bottoms with leather lacing up the sides. Groovy Baby) 4 ) David Bowie. (Amazing concert. He performed with a scrim that had the coolest videos projected upon it) 3 ) Aerosmith with Joan Jett. (My 36th birthday. I got 5 lady friends of mine, some were models, all were absolutely beautiful, to wear short black dresses and bright red lipstick, like from the Robert Palmer video, rented a limo...and proved geeks with money and a sense of humor, can walk into a stadium and be the envy of every guy in the place) 2 ) Queen (twice) (If you never got to see Freddie Mercury and Brian May perform...you have my deepest sympathies). 1 ) Rolling Stones with In Living Color. (Im not sure what was more fun...the concert in Jacksonville, or blasting up and down I-95 to get to the concert, driving a Corvette C-4, owned by my lady friend I took with me. 100 mph seemed like 30 in that car. As a gentleman, I wont reveal how fast my friend was) Rockers/Musicians Ive met or performed with because I was a comic - Chuck Berry, Jerry Lee Lewis, ZZ Top, Quiet Riot, R.E.M., Foghat, Arlo Guthrie, Leon Redbone.
