What do you believe to be your biggest weakness and strength? Not only should you be prepared to answer questions, you should also be prepared to ask them. This will give you the opportunity show the employer you are interested and also answer some questions for yourself regarding the role 5.The follow up Dont let the interview be the last time they hear from you. This will ensure that they dont forget who you are and you dont become just another candidate, this can be done a couple of ways, a short quick and polite phone call or a email to follow up on how your application is going, though you need to remember that they are busy and maybe hiring for other positions as well, so be sure not to make it more of a harassment as this will be a negative affect on your application.
