Top Ten Group was founded in 1986 as a hospitality and F&B provider. The restaurants managed under its corporate umbrella are household names such as Fajar Restaurant, Top Noodles Restaurant, Marina Indonesian Seafood, and Yamagoya Ramen. As of 2014, the group manages 15 restaurants in Surabaya and Jakarta with goals to expand outside these regions by means of corporate chains or franchise. -URGENTLY NEEDED- in order to develop a new restaurant in the oulet several cities in indonesia, we are looking for prospective new employees who will be stationed in areas of Surabaya - East Java, as follows: 1. Marketing Manager (Will be stationed in Surabaya) JOB DESCRIPTION : • Follow Principal’s Brand guidelines, positioning and communication • Plan, implement & monitor marketing activities for the Brand promotions, press conferences, campaigns, etc • Social media activities and communication, Website management • Analyze marketing activities and campaigns and formulate action plan • Work with Operations Manager, Production Manager and Training Manager for new product development • Coordinate with Operations Manager on restaurant marketing needs and board developments • Communicate with Store Managers/Leaders for LSM, promotions, with mall tenant relations for events, etc Requirements: Female maximum 35 years old Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent. At least 2 year (s) of working experience in F&B Sales and Marketing. Have understanding in macro economy, up to date with market trends in F&B with keen business sense. English proficiency both oral & written is a must. Good interpersonal & communication skill, presentation skill. With self confidence & good appearance, Good media connection and network. Proficient in marketing research and activities, knowledgeable in financial management. 2. Food & Beverage Supervisor (Will be stationed in Malang) JOB DESCRIPTION : Handling food & beverage operation Ensuring QSCC(Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Confort) to the guests based on SOP Coordination with related department Requirements: Age 27 - 35 years old Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent Applicants must be willing to work in MALANG At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Food & Beverage Senior Staff in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or Hotel management Preferably Senior Staff / Coordinators specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent 3.
