Top Tip Tuesday: Today no therapy, no science,no medicine. My friend whom has had a dream first pregnancy at 40 years old gave birth to a stillborn baby boy.........not expected.....shocking.....instead of joy there is the most profound sorrow.Life is just so messy and painful at times. I think most of us here on PIA have struggled with our bodies, with pain and frustration at how slow healing is at times, but there is perspective to be gained here. Tonight I intend to go home from work and cuddle my teenager, appreciate the gift I was given and forget the hard times and how hard done by I felt at times trying to sort my body.
