Top advocate may be disciplined over tardy judgment Published in: Legalbrief Today Date: Mon 27 January 2014 Category: General Issue No: 3439 One of the countrys top legal minds has been reported to the Chief Justice, the General Council of the Bar and the Johannesburg Bar Council for taking more than 18 months to deliver a judgment, notes The Sunday Independent. Robert Wise SC, an acting judge at the time, has not delivered judgment in the matter involving Eastern Cape psychologist Estelle de Wit and the Health Professions Council of SA (HPCSA) since it was heard on June 12 2012.
