Mr. Jepsen had invited the children to the most well-known historical location in the nation, promising one-on-one interaction and personal attention. However, when the children arrived, Mr. Jepsen was nowhere to be found. He was later spotted strolling the River Walk district with his entourage, enjoying a night on the town. Kids are the future of the nation of Texas, and Mr. Jepsen refuses to give them the time of day.
